Abstract

The main idea of the paper is researching AI and other technologies for Wealth Management. Implementation of the AI in WealtTech helps in giving the best investment advises. Wealth Management includes retirement planning, inheritance tax, estate planning, and other activities according to investment preferences.

WealthTech aims to manage investment funds and assets more efficiently, accessible, and personalized through data-driven insights and smart automation. Besides improving their efficiency, WealthTech aims to automate investment and wealth management services.

WealthTech utilizes innovations like blockchain, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to improve investment decisions combining technologies for fund transformation and asset handling. These technologies include a wide range of solutions and include robo-advisors, social trading, robot-retirement, quant advisors, and micro-investing. This approach use the best technology solutions more advanced than typical analysis used in financial institutions.

WealthTech AI applications are developed to create wealth data dashboards tailored to the clients needs. The applications enable clients to see full and transparent picture of their entire wealth and visualise wealth maps and data-driven analytics to uncover valuable investment insights. The aim of the applications is to convert diversified investment portfolio in clear reports and graphs. Because of the advancements in AI, the programs provide personalized advice concerning wealth management and business strategies.

The Manuscript will present WealthTech solutions on the practical example and recommend the most attractive investment opportunities on the global market.

    Бојана Јокановић је основне академске студије у трајању од пет година успешно завршила на Факултету техничких наука, на одсеку: Индустријско инжењерство и менаџмент - Менаџмент предузећа, са просечном оценом 9,11. Специјалистичке академске студије је завршила 17.11.2014. године на студијском програму Инжењерски менаџмент са просечном оценом 9,88 и одбраном специјалистичког рада под насловом "Стање менаџмента знања у организацијама на подручју Јужнобачког округа". Током докторских студија показује интересовање за научно-истраживачки рад. Од октобра 2015. године је запослена као асистент на Факултету техничких наука, Департман за индустријско инжењерство и менаџмент. Одбранила докторску тезу под називом “Модел развоја организационе климе заснован на управљању знањем“, 23.11.2017. године. Наставу изводи на предметима: Менаџмент људских ресурса и Људски ресурси у економији знања. Објавила низ научних и стручних радова.

    Dr Slavko Ivković je rođen 25.09.1977. godine u Sremskoj Mitrovici. Nakon završetka
    osnovne škole „Slobodan Bajić Paja“ 1992. godine, završava i Srednju ekonomsku školu „9-Maj“ u Sremskoj Mitrovici 1996. godine, na smeru Ekonomski tehničar. Osnovne Akademske završava iz oblasti Ekonomije i stiče zvanje Diplomirani Ekonomisata. 2009 godine upisuje master akademske studije na Fakultetu za Poslovno Industrijski Menadžmet Univerziteta Union Beograd, na smeru Industrijsko Ekonomski Menadžment koje završava 2012. godine sa prosečnom ocenom 9,07. Doktorske studije upisuje na Poslovnom i
    Pravnom Fakultetu Univerzitata Union Nikola Tesla 2014. godine. Nakon završenih studija
    pristupa izradi doktorske disertacije na temu „Evaluacija menadžmenta proizvodnje primenom
    teorije rasplinutih skupova“, koju uspešno brani i 2019 stiče zvanje Doktor Nuka iz oblasti
    Menadžment i Biznis.
    Radno iskustvo je sticao od 2000. godine u više privatnih kompanija, na pozicijama od
    komercijaliste do mesta direktora. 2005. godine osniva sopstvenu privatnu kompaniju IVKOVIC
    SLT u kojoj obavlja funkciju direktora. 2009. godine postaje direktor u kompaniji SB&SI
    General Oil Austija. Od 2012. godine radi na Fakultetu za Poslovno Industrijski Menadžment u
    statusu saradnika u nastavi, od 2017 godine na Poslovnom I pravnom Fakultetu radi kao asistent
    na predmetima iz oblasti Menadžmenta. Od 2020 do 2022 radi na Fakultetu za menadžmet
    Univerziteta Union Nikola Tesla na poziciji savetnik dekana.
    Aktivan je član redakcije i Izdavačkog saveta Časopisa za Ekonomiju EKONOMIKA
    Niš, koji je kategorizovan kao M51 -Vrhunski časopis nacionalnog značaja.
    Autor je više naučnih radova, koji su objavljivani u zemlji i inostranstvu.
    Pored naučnog rada i školovanja, aktivno se bavio raketnim modelarstvom i u ovom
    sportu postizao zapažene rezultate kao višetruki pobednik i prvak države SFRJ i kasnije SRJ.
    Aktivno se bavio razvojem nauke i tehnike iz ove oblasti, i višestruki je pobednik kupova KNT i
    KMT na tadšnjem republičkom i saveznom nivou. Takođe, bavio se košarkom i drugim
    sportovima. Član je streljačkog kluba MUŠ na Novom Beogradu gde se i danas bavim
    praktičnim streljaštvom.
    Član je više nevladinih organizacija i udruženja građana preko kojih je aktivno
    učestvovao u sprovođenju različitih društveno korisnih projkata. Onivač je medija VOJVODINA INFO kao i više nezavisnih istraživačkih portala.
